So here is my early showreel for 2011. It features me Liam Obrien training Free running, Parkour,Tricking,Trampolineing and Freestlye gymnastics. I am 16 years and live in Bucks. I train with my team (BFree) who are some of the best people i have ever met, we have a great laugh together and loads of fun, i couldn’t possible of got to where i am now without them. Training so far this year has been great i learnt lots of new flips, improved flow and i feel my parkour has definitely improved.
