It’s an arcade style golfing game that brings high quality graphics and fun gameplay. Gameloft released this for free, but there is some fine print involved. In order to freely play through various holes, you’ll need to rely on what’s called the energy point system. One energy point equals one hole of golf, and you can either earn those for free or purchase them through the Android Market. How do you earn them for free? You just wait. For every hour that you don’t play the game, you regain one energy point and you can hold a maximum of five points at a time (that’s good for five holes). Keep in mind the game does not have to be left open in order to earn these points, as you can simply close the game out and use your smartphone or tablet however you please while those points accumulate in the background. So while the energy point system can be somewhat annoying for hardcore gamers, it’s really not a bad deal for casual gamers. Gameloft games are usually rather expensive, so this free method is a nice change of pace as long as you’re willing to jump through some hoops.
